Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Pinkteashirt, each product is individually printed and manufactured immediately after you place your order to ensure uniqueness and the highest quality. Because our items are made-to-order, we have a specific window for changes or cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation Fee: Please note that a 10% fee of the total order value will be applied to cover administrative costs and payment processing system fees.

  • Timing: After the 6-hour window, your order has likely been sent to our US warehouse for production, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation.

2. Order Modifications

If you need to adjust your order (such as size, style, or shipping address), please contact us via email immediately.

  • Pre-production Period: We will do our best to assist you during the pre-production period, which is usually within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After Production Starts: Once an order is confirmed and in production, we are unable to offer exchanges or modifications to the style or size. We strongly recommend double-checking all details before finalizing your purchase.
